Dashboard Options

The organization name dropdown enables the user to select the specific organization they want to work on.

To the right of dropdown there is an option of "Workspaces"

This section typically allows you to manage and organize your Workspace within the dashboard. You can create new Workspaces, view existing ones, assign tasks, track progress, and access workspace-specific settings.

On the right side of the page there are options for
  • Workspaces

  • Org Details

  • Alerts

  • Access

  • Billing

  • Support

Org Details: Clicking on "Org Details" from the options menu, will open up a page that displays information about the selected organization, including its name, Details, and Workspace related to that company.

Alerts: If the user clicks on "Alerts" from the options menu, it will open up a page that displays all of the alerts currently active, allowing the user to view and manage them.

Access: When the user clicks on "Access" from the options menu, it will open up a page that contains content that is only accessible to authorized users or accounts.

Billing: Clicking on "Billing" from the options menu will open up a page that contains billing-related information such as payment methods, subscription plans, and invoices.

Support: Clicking on Support will open the Support page, Support page contains, “How can we help you? with the “Get in Touch” and “Send us a message” forms to fill in the details.
